Olivia brings senior industry expertise following a career of almost two decades in investor relations as well as corporate affairs consulting in Australia and the United Kingdom. Her subsequent transition to executive search leveraged her strong relationship building skills, analytical and advisory skills, and long-standing interest in mindset and personal development.
She is skilled at cutting to the core of what’s critical in a search brief and ensuring we credibly represent our clients with candidates. In her spare time Olivia can be found wrangling her three daughters with her husband David, pottering in her garden, reading, listening to podcasts, or enjoying a beach or mountain range while obsessing over her daily step count.

In her spare time Sarah enjoys spending time with her two young boys and husband Jimmy, watching her beloved Hawks at the MCG, bingeing on the latest crime series, keeping fit and sharing a meal with close friends.
